By accessing or using SHapp (Social Happening App), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the platform.

SHapp is intended only for users aged 16 years or older.

By using SHapp, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Users are responsible for the content they post, events they create and interactions they participate in.

Users must behave respectfully and comply with applicable laws.

SHapp includes realtime location-based features.

By enabling visibility, users understand that nearby users may see approximate or realtime location information depending on platform functionality.

Users can disable visibility at any time.

SHapp may be used to organize real-world meetings, sports activities, social gatherings and events.

Users participate in offline interactions entirely at their own risk.

SHapp does not guarantee the identity, intentions or behavior of users.

SHapp reserves the right to remove content, restrict accounts or suspend users that violate platform rules or create safety risks.

Accounts may be limited or terminated for abuse, spam, harmful conduct or repeated violations of platform rules.

The SHapp platform, branding, design and software remain the property of SHapp and its operators.

SHapp is provided on an “as available” basis during its current beta stage.

Features may change, become unavailable or be modified at any time.

SHapp is not responsible for offline interactions, personal disputes, damages or incidents resulting from user behavior or third-party activity.

These Terms may be updated as the platform evolves.
